Lost/Damaged:
Contact us 21 days after expected 'estimated' delivery date.
If damaged, please supply:
1) Photos of the outer box the item was in.
2) Photos of the damaged item.
3) Statement as to damaged.
4) Your phone #, in case Insurance needs to contact you.
5) Please retain item & packing until advised to discard.
6) Please allow 2 days for us to submit the Claim.
7) As soon as Claim is 'submitted' (not paid), just submitted,
8) We will issue a refund.
