I want you to be totally delighted with your Jewelry Confections purchase. I want this to make you feel happy and special every time you put it on. If for any reason your jewelry item does not meet these high standards, contact me within 7 days and I will make it right, whatever it takes!

What does this mean? It means that if you receive your item and you like it, but deep down you now really wish you had purchased the emerald green one instead of the sapphire blue one... or you decide that you really should have requested a gold-plated clasp instead of a silver-plated one... or you find you are just used to traditional toggle or lobster claw clasps over our special magnets... All you have to do is send the item back and let me know what you need changed to achieve total jewelry nirvana, and your wish is my command! I will not charge you for labor or components or the cost of shipping the modified item back to you.

To prevent abuse of this generous policy, all I ask is that you pay the cost of shipping the original item safely back to me. You can re-use the padded envelope the item arrived in and just put fresh postage on it. In the U.S. this will cost about $2.* I will cover absolutely everything else.

For fastest delivery of your purchase, Paypal is the recommended payment method.

FOR THOSE UNFAMILIAR WITH PAYPAL: You do not have to have a special Paypal account to use this method of payment. Instead, Paypal is kind of like that little machine you swipe your credit card through at the grocery store's checkout aisle. As long as you have a credit card, you can use it. You can even specify that you want Paypal to debit your bank checking account if you wish. I will never see your credit card or bank account information, just as you will not see mine. Paypal handles the transaction securely and conveniently for both of us. Of course, if you prefer to pay by physical check, that is fine. But I must wait until your check clears to ship your item(s).

Your item(s) will be shipped US First Class Mail within 1 to 3 business days of your order. If you need overnight or two day shipping, see "Seller Information" for my phone number to make these arrangements. I ship using the address provided by PayPal unless given other instructions.

TENNIS BRACELET FIT GUARANTEE - One of the benefits of handmade jewelry is that you can have it made to fit you exactly. I want you to enjoy this benefit. So, if all I need to do to make you giddy with delight is remake your tennis bracelet in a slightly larger or smaller size, just tell me for instance, "two rows of crystals smaller would be perfect" or "three rows longer, please" etc.
