It did not ship out as quickly as the listing stated but the postal service was the longer delay than the seller and I realize that’s been an issue for many businesses. So, it is not what I wanted but will still wear it from time to time. Good quality for this price.

Returns and exchange details
- Item arrived damaged.
- Engraving is not spelled correctly .
How we handle returns:
1) Order number should be included inside the return package.
2) The item(s) should be in original condition.
3) The item(s) should not be used, worn or damaged.
4) It takes up to 72 hours after we received the item to process the return.
One of our main goals is customer satisfaction, so feel free to contact us about any dissatisfaction you may have.
Payment
Note: Since all of our products are handmade and we start working on your order right after receiving it, you can not change your personalization request or cancel your order.
Shipping
Note: If you leave the checkout note section blank and don't tell us anything about your custom requirements, there will be a delay on your order until you confirm your order requirements with us.
All items are shipped through USPS First Class Mail (2-5 days) with confirmation number. Please use a USPS verified address. We also offer Expedite shipping (1-3 days). International orders are also shipped via USPS.
If the package is not INSURED we will not be able to help you. Lost, stolen or mis-delivered packages are a USPS responsibility - not JewelryHills - claims for lost or mis-delivered packages will not be honored if you do NOT purchase INSURANCE. If INSURANCE is purchased or included in your shipping charge we will file an INSURANCE CLAIM for you.

Gift wrapping and packaging
Every piece we make comes with its own box and a card inside. We never include a receipt or a invoice.
"Ship by" date and "Delivery" date
Please note that "ship by" date is NOT equivalent to the actual "delivery" date.
- SHIP BY DATE: When your package leaves our studio.
You may find the expected ship by date on your invoice. Please add 3-5 days (Domestic) / 7-14 business days (International) after the expected ship by date to estimate the actual delivery date.
- DELIVERY DATE: When your package arrives to you.
We cannot guarantee your delivery time as this fully depends on the carrier. To find out your expected delivery date, please use the USPS tracking service.

To maintain the quality of your new Jewelryhills jewelry, please:
- Avoid contact with perfumes, body oils, and other chemicals, including household cleaners.
- Remove when sleeping, exercising, or doing other physically strenuous activities
- Do not wear it to the pool, spa, or the beach
- Do not use chemical jewelry cleaners
- Gently polish with a soft, lint-free cloth. Please do not use a metal polishing cloth
- Store your beloved jewelry in a cool dry place

STANDARD NECKLACE: 18"
STANDARD BRACELET: 6.5" to 8.5"

Custom and personalized orders
If you need a shorter or longer chain, please let us know the total length of chain you need at checkout (up to 30"). If it is longer than 20", we might charge you a little extra.
Most of detailed customization and personalized request can be left on a buyer's note when checking out.
Business days?
Business days refer to the weekdays (between Monday to Friday) and do not include public holidays and weekends.
Please therefore do not count Saturdays, Sundays, or any national holidays when calculating your shipping time.
