Returns and exchanges
I offer refunds if you absolutely feel that an item's been misrepresented, or you find it defective upon arrival. In that case, I'm happy to offer you five business days after receipt to inspect your item and contact me about any issues. I'll gladly work with you towards a quick and painless resolution!

I don't offer a "buyers remorse" policy, but I also don't want you to regret your purchase; should you feel you purchased in error for whatever personal reasons you may cancel your order for a full, 100% refund *only to the exact form of original payment* + not including reimbursement of shipping charges if any were incurred and ONLY within 3 days from the date you ordered. However, one caveat that changes that would be if we've collaborated for countless hours on a design--if I've agreed to purchase supplies on your behalf sooner than usual and I've ordered supplies paying for them out of pocket and you change your mind or cancel, I completely respect that things come up in peoples lives that force change whether warranted or wanted, but I *cannot* be held responsible to reimburse you for monies that I personally have already spent out of pocket to purchase materials to get started making your jewelry with the 'implied intent of your behalf'...*plus*, there's the countless hours of research and design time I've spent on those custom orders out there! I would not be able to seek materials costs reimbursement from my wholesale distributors; that is not a typical wholesale company offering.

Therefore, any order cancellation decisions that are made after 3+ days from the order date will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee, and will likely also take up to 30 days for full reimbursement of your money to completely transfer and/or fund back into your account. Please also take into account that your refund is also subject to the rules, protocols and regulations of your own personal financial institution as well.

I hope you're able to understand that in the event that this happens, I can *never* fully recover my 'out of pocket expenses' for work completed to date or your project or when I start work on a job....it is a risk taken at the mercy of an artist just longing to do the work she loves to do :) I hope you'd agree that this sounds fair and equitable--as much as can be possible--for both parties involved :)

Payment
I accept PayPal, direct check-out, credit cards, Etsy gift cards, and personal checks with a 10-day "waiting & clearing" period all due immediately upon check-out through the Etsy purchasing tools :)
Shipping
I will ship out your item per each listing's processing time frame or specifications and after payment has been made. I ship via USPS First class mail with delivery confirmation FREE of charge if your shipping address is within the continental US. For each additional item you purchase, please add $1.00 per piece! For international orders, the cost is $11.75 per item + 1.50 per piece additionally. :)

⚠️ *With regards to shipping .....
Please be advised that in life, there exist, although very rarely, certain random environmental incidents or acts of Mother Nature that can and *do* occur; this disrupts our transportation systems! Please do try to understand that these are things that are completely out of my control and I therefore cannot be held responsible for them being the cause of any shipping delays.‼️
