Our jewelry has been sold at boutiques such as Fred Segal & Jennifer Kaufman in Los Angeles; Dish in San Francisco and more. In addition to selling handmade jewelry, I am excited to offer you the fine quality gemstones and findings that I use in my own designs.

We accept PayPal, American Express, Visa, Master Card & Discover.

♥♥♥ As a convenience to my customers, we now accept Credit Card Payments that are processed through Paypal. You will not be charged extra fees for this service.

To pay via CREDIT CARD:
1. When checking out in "Notes to Seller" please include the following information: NAME, CARD TYPE, CARD #, CVV (security code) and EXP DATE.

2. If you prefer to call me with your information, you may do so between the hours of 9am-5pm PST, at (510) 220-3627.

3. Once your payment is approved, we will put your order into our order filling line and a receipt should be emailed to you from Paypal.

**Please note, that I do not store any of your payment information, nor do I keep it on file--any information will be properly shredded and disposed of.**

♥ As a courtesy to us, please pay for your item within 24 hours of ordering.
♥We do collect sales tax to buyers within California.
Shipping
DOMESTIC and INTERNATIONAL
I ship on Tuesday's and Thursdays via USPS First Class mail, unless another arrangement has been made prior to the items shipping.

Orders placed on a national holiday will ship the next business (M-F) day.

Items will be shipped to the address listed in your Paypal account, unless otherwise requested at the time of your order. We are not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect or old address. However, if the item is returned to us, then we will gladly re-ship it to you but you will be responsible to pay the shipping costs.

For international orders, we are not able to track your package once it is in the mail system. If you need trackable "registered" mail, then let me know so that I can upgrade your shipping costs (approximately $11.50 to register mail).

For all packages, we are not responsible for mail that is lost or stolen.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be 100% satisfied with your order! If you are unhappy with the jewelry or materials*, you may return the item(s) for a return or exchange less shipping.

If you live within the U.S. and decide to make an EXCHANGE that is greater or equal to what you are sending back, we will pay for the shipping to send the new items to you. For International orders, shipping an exchange will be $2.95.

*Please keep in mind, that for wire, chain, custom orders or special orders (it will specify on the listing), all sales are final. For ready-made-chains, we will fix or replace broken chains up to 30 days from the date of purchase due to normal wear.

For all other returns and exchanges please follow these general guidelines: 1) notify me (as soon as you receive the item) via email or convo of your return request 2) once I respond back to you, you have 7 days to return the item 3) once the item is received, a refund will be issued promptly.

Items that are returned and broken or damaged during shipping, or that never arrive cannot be refunded--so please pack your items with sufficient padding and pay the extra cents for delivery confirmation.
