All USA orders ship free. I ship first class so you will receive your purchase within 2-5 business days for USA orders. International orders can vary, Canada usually takes 5-10 business days, depending on how fast customs processes your package. Anywhere else, it would depend on what your country's custom policy is. Also you may have to pay a fee to customs to receive your package. Most of you who buy internationally are well aware of that.

1 out of 5 starsReceived it in a timely fashion and it's cute - However, the first time I tried to use it, I found that the ink was dried up. I contacted the seller to tell of my disappointment and to get an idea of where I could purchase a refill so my money was not wasted - they replied quickly but did not know exactly where to get a refill - I was told they would get back to me and they have not. I guess I'll spend my time and more of my own money to find a refill and make it usable.

I apologize, I have went to Office Depot and Staples to locate ink refills and thought I had found the right size refill at Staples, but in fact it was too small. I am still searching, once I do find it, I will most definitely send you one. This is the first time that this has happened. My apologies again.

Shop policies
If you are interested in an item and want me to hold it for you, I can alter the listing for you, and hold it for 7 calendar days. After that, I will return it back to it's original listing if the item is not purchased.
Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
If returns are accepted, they are to reach me within 7 business days, after date of delivery, and point of contact. I will refund your monies upon receipt of the item, minus the original shipping fees.
Each and every item I have in my shop is secure, and checked for quality. I package things properly, so that there is no breakage in transit.
Payment
Once you commit to purchase I kindly ask that you submit payment within 3 calendar days.
Convo me before committing if you have any questions. I will reply as soon as possible, within 24 hours.
Shipping
Insurance upon buyers request. Let me know beforehand if you would like insurance on your package, and I will revise the shipping and handling.
If you require your item to be sent to a military address, I will add $3 to the total shipping, due to having to go to post office and filling out the proper paper work.
