ORDERS
To purchase from JEZOBELLES you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date or you can process your order through PayPal and keep financial information confidential). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If I have trouble processing an order, I will use this information to contact you.

My storefront is hosted on etsy.com. They provide me with the online e-commerce platform that allows me to sell these products and services to you. Your data is stored through Etsy’s data storage, databases and the general Etsy application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. Payment: If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Etsy stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.


SHARING
I use an outside shipping company to ship orders (ie. USPS, UPS, Fed-Ex), a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services if buyer does not utilize PayPal for purchases outside of my Etsy e-commerce site. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes beyond filling your order.


SECURITY
I take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. Wherever I collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page. While I use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, I also protect your information offline. The computers/servers on which I store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment, as well as password protected.
