Payment
I make all custom orders after receiving either payment in full, or after the first of two payments that have been previously arranged via messages.


I prefer PayPal, but I'm willing to work with you if you need to use something else.
Shipping
ALL orders will be held to my processing and shipping policies. Please read shipping times and policies BEFORE buying, if you are concerned over timing. I understand that everyone has their deadline and I will do all that I can to meet those. If I have not been made aware of your deadline within 2 DAYS of purchase, I cannot be held responsible for late delivery(outside of my own shipping schedule). Thank you for understanding.

I will ship First class unless otherwise specifically noted in the description or requested by the buyer. USPS Tracking will be applied to all shipments where available. All Orders over $100 will be insured through the USPS.

I ship all pieces in sturdy little boxes, that are as functional as they are elegant. The boxes ship inside a small bubble wrap padded envelope unless Priority Shipping has been chosen. I use Small Flat Rate Priority Shipping Boxes when requested.
Refunds and Exchanges
If there is a mistake with something you have bought, please please please, let me know. If it is determined via messages that it is a fault on my part, I will refund the shipping paid at the time of purchase. After receiving the return, I will then make the replacement or make the repairs needed and ship back the corrected item. If you simply do not like what you purchased when you see it in person, please message me and we will work it out via messages. ALL custom orders are subject to a "re-supply fee" which will be discussed via messages.

There will be no returns/refunds made on items that have broken due to irresponsible/accidental care. I will try, however, to fix the item if it is possible. You pay shipping to get it here. I pay shipping to get it back to you.

I cannot be held responsible for US Post Office errors. If I have provided proof of shipment and the order is lost in the mail, a refund MAY only be available on insured packages. I insure all packages over $100.

In the case of a cancellation request, Please allow 2 weeks for processing time. I have bills to pay and supplies to buy, The money that you paid to me may have gone to those uses and therefore not immediately available.
