Sizing and Color Details
Please read the item details for dimensions, color and additional details. Some items may appear to be larger, smaller or a slightly different color in the photos. I do my best to include all of the pertinent information in the description. If you are unable to locate the information or have any questions ~ send a message and I will respond as soon as possible!
Gift wrapping and packaging
If you are having your item(s) sent directly to a loved one and would like a personal note included, leave your message at checkout. I will take care of the rest!
What is the difference between Crystal Clear and Clear AB?
Many crystal suncatchers are available with a "Crystal Clear" or "Clear AB" prism. Clear AB has a partial Aurora Borealis finish which increases the rainbow effect when in direct sunlight. Crystal clear prisms and colored prisms will also throw rainbows!
Hanging Options
Suncatchers, Rearview Car Charms, Ornaments and Light/Fan Pulls are each crafted differently for proper hanging. Choose your prefered method from the drop down menu!

♥ Rearview - silver bead chain with connector clasp (similar to a necklace but shorter)
♥ Light/Fan Pull - several length options of silver ball chain with connector for simple attachment to your existing chain pull
♥ Ornament - handcrafted wire wrapped silver ornament hook
If you see something you like but it's not available with your preferred hanging option, send me a message with your request BEFORE purchasing as I can generally customize the design.
Natural Crystals - Will I receive the EXACT stone in the photo?
YES! What you see is what you get on 99% of the crystals and stones. Please read the description for more information. Some items may be chosen at random (very few fall under this, so again, please read the product details). Crystal Necklaces, Tree of Life and Dreamcatchers do not apply. Thank you!
What if I need more than the quantity available in the shop?
Contact me! I will respond as soon as physically possible and can most likely accomodate your request!
How Quickly Will My Order Ship?
My goal is to ship as fast as humanly possible, generally within one business day and certainly within 2 business days (this excludes Sundays and US holidays unless noted in the shop announcement as once in a while a quick break or vacation is necessary). Consider PRIORITY MAIL if needed as quick as possible. Priority Express is offered upon request prior to ordering.
♥ PLEASE PROVIDE AN ACCURATE/SAFE ADDRESS including last name and not accessible to general public, as I'm not liable for lost/stolen packages marked as delivered or for fees incurred to reship the package.
Custom orders may take a bit longer depending on logistics, which we would discuss privately in messages.

Care instructions
If there is an issue with delivery, please contact me right away in a private message! You can contact your local post office or USPS toll free (1-800-ASK-USPS) or visit USPS.com and have your tracking number available. GPS tracking is available through USPS at time of delivery scan. If the package was scanned as delivered at your address, you may need to open a case with USPS depending on the situation along with filing a police report for stolen mail (mail theft/internet scams are a felony which are taken very seriously). It is highly suggested to contact postal inspectors regarding mail theft, call the postal inspectors dispatch number at 1-877-876-2455. Refunds will be issued AFTER an insurance case is closed or the package is returned.
