Hi there, Thanks for sharing your feedback. Sometimes depending upon the design and packaging requirements, we have to purposely keep the back stem of the earrings little bent, so that they don't poke the other packets or designs in the order. Keep your jewelry in the plastic bag in which the jewelry is shipped or any kind of plastic zip lock bag. Keep it away from any kind of moisture or any chemicals, and remove your jewelry before any water activities where it may get in touch with moisture. Clean it with soft cloth before storing it back in the storage box.
Apply make-up, perfume or hair-spray prior to putting on your jewelry.

Shipping Policy
Domestic USA orders:
We offer free USPS First Class Mail (1 to 3 business days in Transit) on all items shipped within USA.
USPS Priority Mail (1 to 2 business days in Transit) and Express Shipping in USA (Overnight) is available at an additional cost depending on the weight and value of the package. You can choose these services after you have added products to cart, on Check Out Page.
International Orders:
Choose any shipping method you would like on Checkout after adding products to Cart. Priority Shipping will be faster, takes 5 to 7 days; First Class Mail can take 7 to 15 days or more depending on the destination.

Import duties, VAT, taxes, and customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

How to get Sold Out items?

How long will the color and shine last?
All our jewelry is very High Quality and JhumkaStop stands behind this promise.
Our Kundan and Meenakari Jewelry is made using alloy metals such as Brass, Copper, Silver and/or Rhodium and a protective enamel finish on top of it for longetivity and strength. With the suggested care instructions, the finish and polish of our jewelry can easily last more than 5 years without fading if kept in airtight bags and keeping away from any moisture.
Any beads, stones and pearls work will last forever excluding any natural stones used, as color of Natural Mined Stones can slightly change, gets lighter or darker with time, which adds to its beauty even more.
Shop Made to Order (MTO) Items Policy
Made to Order items Return, Exchange, Order Cancellation and Refund Policies:
Refunds: We do not offer refunds on Made to Order items as these items are specifically created on individual order basis.
Order Cancellation: Once an Made to Order Item order is placed, customers will have 2 hours from the time of the order placement to cancel a Made to order item order. Once that 2 hours window is past, we will start processing the order and will not be able to cancel an order at that time. All sales will be final at this time.
Returns and Exchanges: We do not accept returns and exchanges on Made to Order Items. All sales will be final at this time, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Return Policy
We gladly accept returns only if there is any defect with the item. Contact us within same day of delivery and ship items back within 24 hours of delivery in their original packaging and box. Shipping and handling costs paid towards original shipment will not be refunded. Also, due to the nature of the jewelry, a flat fee of $10 will be charged for restocking the items.
Please note that the returns on our jewelry are NOT acceptable for PRICE, SIZE, FIT, DELIVERY, WEIGHT and minor color variation. Please check the description or send us a message if you have any questions. Buyers will be responsible for return shipping costs in all cases and for the risk of loss, insurance and costs in case the return shipment is missing or damaged.
