**Royal Mail UK**
All UK orders are sent by first class mail. You can upgrade to 'first class signed for' but if you need express delivery please contact me.
**Royal Mail non-UK**
I send all items to non-UK destinations using a fully tracked service. International mail normally takes about 2 weeks for delivery (3 weeks to Australia and New Zealand). If there are savings to be made by combining items in large orders I'll let you know and process a refund.
**Germany**
I'm sorry but I am no longer able to accept orders from Germany due to packaging legislation (VerpackG) which come into effect last year. It is not practical or cost-effective for a tiny business like mine to comply with the legislation.

Frequently asked questions
Christmas post
My shop is updated each year with recommended dates by which items need to be bought so they arrive in time for Christmas. These dates are given by Royal Mail, but they are not guaranteed. Please make sure you order in plenty of time to allow for longer delivery times at this busy time of year.
If your item doesn't arrive
Royal Mail guidance do not consider items to be lost until it’s more than:
• 10 business days for items posted within the UK
• 29 business days for items posted to destinations outside the UK.
Item despatch
I will send your item from the UK by standard Royal Mail or international standard Royal Mail within 2 business days of receiving payment.
• Embroidery patterns - first class letter post
• Embroidery kits - first class large letter post
• Frames and gift sets - first class small parcel post
Tracking is available for a small additional fee, choose the upgrade option at checkout.
Tracking and insurance
To keep costs down, items are not tracked or insured. Tracked mail is an option in my shop and the extra cost can be added when you get to the checkout.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Jiggery Pokery embroidery kits and embroidery patterns make the perfect gift or handmade present. My packages are sent in pretty flowered mailing bags. There is nothing inside the package to show what price you paid. Bear in mind that for mailings outside the UK a customs form declaring the contents and an approximate value are required.
