Hello, I'm Gary - owner of 'Jigsaw Wooden Products'. My aim is to provide personal service to match the quality of the products that I make. I think that it is important that my customers are able to discuss their requirements with me & I always attempt to respond to every customer promptly & fairly.

I hope that all of my customers will return to buy more of my products so I try to provide the same level of service that I would expect of others and am always happy to help! So.. any questions.. just ask!!

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Refunds cannot be given on personalised orders unless faulty. Refunds will be given on standard items providing they are returned, at the buyers cost, in their original undamaged condition.

Where any damage has occurred through carriage / delivery please contact me to arrange for the situation to be resolved.
Payment
Payments accepted include direct payment (e.g.. credit card payment through the Etsy site), Paypal or Etsy gift cards.

In general, I ask for payment in advance of making customised items but please contact me as I also regularly make products for approval prior to payment. This allows the finished item to be seen before payment is made.
Shipping
My general aim regarding delivery is to use the least expensive suitable service available. I realise that carriage costs are normally quite high but try to minimise the cost to my customers by only charging a very small amount for packaging & wherever possible reusing packaging materials - this helps the environment as well as the pocket!

I always make customers aware of the postal service that I propose to use and have no problem with upgrading to a faster service providing any additional costs are agreed.

Privacy
This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from me, contact me, or otherwise use my services through Etsy.com or its related sites and services.

To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorised Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. Information Sharing and Disclosure:
Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
