Returns and exchanges
I will ensure your item is sufficiently packaged to protect it from damage but if it does arrive damaged, please return the item for a refund or replacement. I do not provide insurance but can send your item by recorded delivery for an additional fee. Please contact me if you would like this.
Exchanges will only be made in event of damage, not if you don't like the colour or size as I provide this information in the item description. Please check before you buy and contact me with any questions.
Payment
I only accept PayPal payments which should clear in 3 days. Please let me know if there will be a delay with payment or if any problems occur.
Shipping
Your item will be shipped within 48 hours once payment has been confirmed. I do not provide insurance for items lost in the post or sent to the wrong address but I can send your item by recorded delivery for an additional charge. Please check that your address is correct before purchasing!
