Please contact us if you have any issues. Each return is handled on a case by case basis. We appreciate your business and honor our credibility. We will always strive to work with you to come to a fair resolution.

No refunds or exchanges will provided after 30 days from day of purchase.

Any returned items must be returned in the original packaging and must be mailed using the United States Postal Service via First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation. We do not pay for the return shipping.

We accept payment in USD's via PayPal, credit card, check or money order.

Payment must be paid in full and have cleared before the item is shipped. For credit card orders please provide your credit card #, expiration date, and zip code in the message to buyer section.

If for any reason you have issues with PayPal, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will be happy to work with you to come up with a solution.

Smaller items are shipped in padded and sealed envelopes. Bags are securely sealed in plastic bags to prevent any water damage during the shipping process. Then placed in USPS Flat Rate Priority Box. Each item comes with a little surprise.

Carrier

All domestic orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service via First Class Mail. All shipments are sent using delivery confirmation. The DC number will be sent to you via email once the order has been filled. All items are handmade to order so please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery.

For orders to Canada and all other locations, orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service via First Class International Mail. Please allow up to 2-6 weeks after payment for shipments to arrive.

For multiple purchases, we combine shipping.

Please indicate at time of order under the "message to the buyer" section if your Etsy and Paypal addresses differs. We will ship to the address provided during the Etsy checkout and will not be responsible for re-shipping items or for any other additional shipping charges.

Placement of fabric

Placement of fabric design may vary slightly with each individually made product.

Cancellation of orders

If for any reason you would like to cancel your order prior to payment, we will be happy to cancel the transaction. We will NOT leave negative feedback for canceled orders. We do however leave negative feedback for buyers who do not contact us with requests to cancel orders.

Other Issues

We reserve the right to refuse sale to anyone with a history of negative feedback and / or malicious behavior towards other Etsy members.
