Hello and thank you for visiting Twin Sisters! Here you will find various selections of paperie to suit your bridal, baby, or other social event invitation needs. I love Custom Orders so please contact me to inquire about a particular color, style, or look you are after.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
Although customer satisfaction is my top priority, refunds and exchanges are not available. Your approval through the online proofing process or via email is your permission to proceed with the design and/or printing. Twin Sisters is not responsible for incorrect information once the proof has been approved including: spelling, general layout, color, etc. If something is incorrect, I am happy to reprint at an additional cost to the client. If however, Twin Sisters is at fault for the error, I will certainly correct at no additional cost to you.
*Custom Designs*

If you like my work and would like to have a custom design created just for you, please review the process below. Please note: Most wedding invitations/announcements are considered a “Custom Order”.

•Contact me via Convo or email (jillfmiller@gmail.com), requesting a Custom Order. I will then send you a form for completion that will outline all of the information needed to create your Custom Order (names, locations, colors, etc.).

•Upon return of the above mentioned information, a Reserved Listing for a $25 non-refundable deposit will be posted for you. Design work for your Custom Order will not begin until the payment is received.

•The time duration of the design process varies depending in the nature of the order and requires clear communication between Twin Sisters and the buyer. Digital proofs will be sent to you throughout the design process to ensure the order is just as you would like for it to be. Once the design process is complete, I will send you a price quote for your Custom Order.

•Upon approval of the quote, a Reserved Listing will be posted for you for 50% of the balance due (minus shipping costs). This deposit will apply toward time and materials used for your final product.

•Final digital proofs will be sent to you for review. Once you approve, final production on your Custom Order will begin (printing, assembly, etc.). Further changes to your order cannot be made after this point in the process. *Please Note: Once you have authorized the final proofs, you bear final responsibility for the design and typographical elements of your Custom Order. Twin Sisters will not cover the costs of reprinting or shipping due to any errors you have approved, nor will a refund be issued.

•Upon completion of your order, I will post your final Reserved Listing with the balance due plus shipping costs. Once payment is received, your order will be mailed to you via USPS Priority Mail (unless otherwise requested).
Your invitations will be packaged carefully and shipped to you via USPS Priority Mail. Please make sure we have your correct mailing address. Twin Sisters does not require signature upon delivery, so please let me know if you would prefer that option. Shipping costs vary due to the size and weight of each package and will be added to your final payment, due before mailing. Twin Sisters will not be responsible for any packages lost or damaged by the postal service.
Additional policies and FAQs
•Invitations are available in quantities of 5.

•Colors may appear differently on-screen than when printed. Twin Sisters will try its very best to match ink and paper colors to those requested by the client.

•Unless specifically requested, invitation suites will be delivered to you unassembled. Meaning it will be the client’s responsibility to place enclosures in pockets and wrap belly bands (if ordered).

•Mailing and return addresses will be preprinted on all response card correspondence at no additional cost. This is included in the price of your invitation suite.

•Mailing and return addresses can be printed on your invitation mailing envelope if requested. Please inquire for cost.

•All orders are mailed via USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise requested by the client. Twin Sisters will not be responsible for any packages lost or damaged by the postal service.

•Twin Sisters does not offer bulk or sliding scale pricing and will only honor current listed pricing not pricing on previous listings.
