Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale

I accept returns, exchanges and cancellations.
Please notify me within 14 days of receiving your order if you would like to return or exchange it. The following applies:
Items must be in new and unused condition and returned to me in the same manner. Include the tin, box or pouch that came with the item and ship with tracking. Insurance is optional, but if the item is lost in the mail you won't be reimbursed for it. Buyer is responsible for shipping fees. Shipping fees paid are not refundable.
EXCEPTIONS;
Custom orders are returnable on a case by case basis.Most basic rings are returnable with the exception on size 4 and smaller, size 10.5 and larger.
Earrings are normally not returnable for hygenic reasons but I will accept them for a fee to cover the cost of replacing the ear wires.
Returns may be made after the 14 day limit on a case by case basis for items purchased as a Christmas gift if you contact me up to 30 days after receiving it.
CANCELLATIONS;
Cancellations can only be made before shipping is processed.
ITEMS DAMAGED IN MAIL:
This has never happened, but if it does I'll cheerfully refund all costs. You must provide a photo of the damaged item and packaging no later than 3 days after receiving it.
If you're unhappy with your purchase for any other reason please contact me and I'll do my best to remedy the situation. The best and fastest way to reach me is through Etsy conversations.
Payment
I accept PayPal, credit card and Etsy payments. These payments are easy and secure. I do not receive any of your credit card information.
Shipping
All items ship first class/International first class with insurance and tracking. If you would like your order shipped by another method please contact me prior to purchasing.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES: International orders are mailed First Class and are charged the same price between 1 and 8 ounces. To save you money there's no charge for additional items but you will be invoiced for costs if your order weighs 9 ounces or more. Jewelry is light, with rings weighing between 1 and 3 ounces, but if you believe your order may exceed 8 ounces please contact me before purchasing and I'll weigh it for you. Canadian customers will have a $7.00 increase or a total fee of $16.00 and everyone else will have a $10.00 increase or a total $23.00 shipping fee. Restrictions may be imposed on the type of mail service allowed that could increase shipping costs. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Ready to ship items are mailed within two days of receiving payment. Custom order times vary depending on how many orders I have to complete ahead of yours. Most items will be ready in three to four days but may take as long as seven to fourteen days at peak periods.
Packages are shipped using Post Office guidelines and International packages have duplicate packing slips to help speed your order through customs. Most items mailed within the U.S. are received within four days, International orders vary from six days to up to one month. Delays, especially in customs can occur. These delays are beyond my control. Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply.
Please make sure that your address is correct at Etsy and PayPal. I'll hold your package and contact you if I believe there is an error, but I am not responsible for any loss caused due to being given an incorrect address.

VACATION NOTICE: Please check my shop announcement for a vacation notice. This shop may remain open while I'm away with orders being mailed after I return.

This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from me, contact me, or otherwise use my services through Etsy.com or its related sites and services.

Information I Collect:
To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order, for example), if you contact me directly. I do not collect or have access to your financial information which is handled exclusively between you and either Etsy's secure payment processor or PayPal.

Why I Need Your Information and How I Use It:
I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:
- As needed to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;
- When you have provided your affirmative consent, which you may revoke at any time.
- If necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law; and
- As necessary for the purpose of my legitimate interests, if those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests, such as 1) providing and improving my services. I use your information to provide the services you requested and in my legitimate interest to improve my services; and 2) Compliance with the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use. I use your information as necessary to comply with my obligations under the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use.

Information Sharing and Disclosure:
Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
- Etsy: I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
- Service providers: I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies i.e. USPS. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services i.e. your postal address.
- Compliance with laws: I may collect, use, retain, and share your information if I have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to:
(a) respond to legal process or to government requests;
(b) enforce my agreements, terms and policies;
(c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or

Data Retention:
I retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. I generally keep your information for four years.

In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
- Complain: If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
