Returns and exchanges
Please be sure you love your treasure before you purchase it. I will do my best to describe all items accurately. Feel free to contact me with any questions you may have prior to your purchase, and I will try my best to answer.

Like anybody else, I’d rather not spend my time on refunds and exchanges, so please make your purchase seriously (with a view to holding on to it). If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me prior to leaving feedback and allow me the opportunity to address the situation.

I care about my customers, and want each of you to be happy with your purchase and my service. I can make a full refund for items returned in exactly the same condition in which I sent them, but I’m afraid I cannot refund the postage costs unless the item is not as I described it.

I will gladly refund any shipping over-charge of £2 or more via PayPal.
Payment
I prefer payments to be made through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal - You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.

Packages will not be sent until the payment has been received. Customers are obliged to pay within three days of placing the order. I will provide you with one additional day (that's four days total). If payment has not been received on the fourth day, the transaction will be cancelled and the item will be relisted.
If for some reason you decide you do not want to purchase the item, once you’ve passed GO please let me know as soon as possible.

If you are having issues with PayPal or any other aspect of the transaction, please do not hesitate to contact me and I’ll see what I can do. I will work with you to solve any problems!
Shipping
All orders will ship within 3-5 business days from the date of payment. All packages within the UK will be sent via standard 2nd class post. Please contact me prior to making the purchase if special delivery or first class post is preferred. When shipping overseas, all packages will be sent via airmail. Please note for International sales, customs can delay packages by up to 6 weeks. This doesn't happen often, but it can happen.

If the shipping address is different from the address provided through Etsy or PayPal, please contact me prior to payment. If the Etsy and PayPal addresses are different, and no special instruction has been provided, I will send the order to the address provided through Etsy.

I will take the utmost care in packaging your order, and extra precautions are taken for fragile items, however if an item breaks in transit, I cannot be responsible for the cost of that item or its replacement. You are welcome to request to purchase insurance by contacting me prior to shipment. I am not responsible for any duties, custom fees or any other fees affiliated with an international shipment, they are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

I cannot be responsible for packages or items lost or stolen during transit. Please request insurance if there is a history of lost or stolen items in your area.

All this said I feel very responsible for your items as I made them myself! I will try my very very best to get your purchases to you in tip top spangly condition, packaged in cosy, non-bendy wrappings so that they arrive in your hands as they left mine.
