About

Tarot and Baking and Jewelry, OH MY!

After 17 years of running my own pastry shoppe in the snowy, cold Wisconsin weather, I decided enough was enough and moved to sunny St. Petersburg, Florida!

After settling in and defrosting my achy bones, ideas started flowing and I found myself making a lot more than just pastry. In between all the sweet shipping orders for my previous clients, I began creating my own jewelry and assemblage art. Naturally, I started playing with my incomplete Tarot decks to try and utilize the gorgeous iconography within each card.

Every Tarot assemblage item I create begins with an idea and I won't stop until I feel it is finished. Upon completion, I believe every piece is unique in its own way, and worthy of display anywhere. If I'm happy with it, I'm sure you will be too.

I began making eclectic jewelry strictly for myself and never intended to sell any. But after being stopped by complete strangers on a regular basis, asking me where I purchase whatever I happen to be wearing on that day, I decided to start making it for others as well.

Last, but certainly not least, are the pastries. My selection here will be very limited, with items changing seasonally, offering the top sellers from my pastry shoppe days. Everything is Vegetarian, Preservative Free, Mostly Organic, and made in a sterile environment that is animal and smoke free. I've been shipping these amazing "SWEETBOXES" for two decades and counting!

Thanks for Browsing,
Jennifer/Jin

Welcome to my shoppe, "sui jineris", where everything is Unique! I bet you're wondering where the odd name originated, aren't you? Quite simply, it's a play on words that I thought was appropriate for the eclectic mix of items I'll be offering here. It originates from:
sui generis [( sooh -ee, sooh -eye jen -uh-ris)]
A person or thing that is unique, in a class by itself. From Latin, meaning “of its own kind.”

I personally create everything here and am inspired on a daily basis by an array of people, places and things. If you'd like to know where I came from and where I am now, just pop on over to my "About" page for a more detailed bio.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
I do not accept any returns and do not refund any purchases. However, EVERYTHING is insured via the postal service, so on the off chance that your item is damaged in transit you will be entitled to a full refund (including the shipping cost) from the postal service once you file a claim.
Payment
I currently only accept payment via Paypal. Once your item/items are paid in full I will ship out your order. Any necessary taxes have already been figured into the purchase price of your item/items.
Shipping
Shipping within the United States is via USPS Insured Priority Mail including a Delivery Confirmation (Tracking) Number, which will be provided to you via email the day the package is shipped. This method has served me well for the past 10 years and currently the only way I ship any of my items. Most packages are received within 2-3 business days.

Some of my items can be shipped internationally. The shipping fees are listed under these items. Just keep in mind that depending on the destination, there may be additional customs fees that are solely your responsibility.

The SWEETBOXES are shipped Monday through Wednesday. Depending on the time of year and backlog of orders, your shipment may not go out for 3 to 10 days from the date you place your order. This is due to the fact that nothing is ever premade or kept on-hand... all sweets are made specifically for your order so they arrive fresh and delicious!
