Shipping
I ship by first class mail Monday to Thursday after payment has been received. Orders placed Fridays, Saturday and Sunday ship Mondays. I love to ship internationally! My shipping costs do NOT include signed for delivery, which is quite expensive here in Sweden. If you wish to have this option, then please contact me for a quote BEFORE buying.

I ship to the address which is registered with Etsy - so please keep this up-to-date!

PLEASE NOTE: For Italian buyers - if your order is larger, for 12 USD or more, then I will only ship by registered (signed for) delivery. There are also some places that I am sorry to say I do not ship to anymore - these include the countries of south and central America and Russia. If an order is placed from these places, then I will automatically refund it.

Please note that these items ship from Sweden, so please allow about 3-9 days for delivery within Europe and 6-16 days for delivery to the rest of the world.

I try to use recycled packaging whenever possible - both to keep shipping costs down for my customers and to do my bit for the environment!!

The buyer is responsible for any customs duties or taxes which may occur. Shipping within the EU is of course taxfree and outside Europe the value stated on orders has to be over a certain amount to be liable for duty taxes. To my knowledge none of my non-European buyers have as yet had to pay customs tax on their purchases from me, but please check the regulations for your particular country.
Refunds and Exchanges
All my beads are packed by hand by me. I always quality check my beads before packing them up, but I am only human :) and occasionally the odd bead may slip through that I would not have sent if I had noticed it.

Having happy customers is a top priority for me, so please contact me via CONVERSATION or EMAIL within 5 days of receiving your items if you are in any way not satisfied with the products you have received.
Additional policies and FAQs
I try to depict colors as accurately as possible in my product photographs and always photograph using natural light. However, as with most things, colors may look slightly different when viewed in different lighting conditions or on monitors which have not been calibrated.

Please take careful note of sizes of beads and findings which are clearly stated in each item description.

Having satisfied customers is my top priority. Please feel free to contact me via email or convo within a week of receiving your beads, if you are in any way not happy with your order.
