Welcome to Jivana! I hope you love our prints! I love to travel and have traveled to over 75 countries; my work reflects that love. Please message me if you aren't 100% satisfied with your purchase, and I will see what I can do to change that!

Returns and exchanges
All items are NON-REFUNDABLE. I print maps to order, and most are personalized, so once a map is printed I am not able to resale it. If you want to cancel a purchase or are unhappy with a purchase contact me ASAP and if it hasn't been printed and no work has been done, I can refund your money. If damaged during shipping we can replace item depending on circumstances.

Colors on screen can differ from items once printed.
Payment
I accept payment via Credit Card, Etsy Gift Cards and Paypal.
Shipping
Shipping prices reflect USPS first class with tracking, when shipping within the U.S. Outside the U.S. Items will be shipped USPS first class with NO tracking information. If you would like a quicker or different shipping method message me before your purchase and I can set it up.

Contact me directly for expedited or more specific international shipping pricing.

If you need item shipped to a different address or under a different name than used during checkout, message me ASAP with updated information. Also, notify me if it is a gift and I can include a message for you.
Additional policies and FAQs
I will provide a proof of special orders within 6 days and will ship within 3-4 business days of proof being approved. Notify me if you need a rush order.

Also, notify me upon check out if you don't want your personalized print used as a future proof in my online shop, blog, instagram, and pinterest. I will use prints as marketing material unless notified otherwise.
