Custom and personalized orders
Each made to order item pictured in the shop can be made to suit your style. We do charge a 25-50% non-refundable deposit to be paid upon order placement. Please be aware there is a 14 day turn around on all custom order. When the item is complete and ready for shipping you will be notified and your remaining order balance should be rendered within 24 hour of shipping notification. If your balance is not paid or accommodation made prior to. You will forfeit your deposit and your order will be canceled.

We want you to enjoy your handmade jewelry for years to come. So here are a few dos & don'ts
1. Don't submerge your item(s).
2. Do wipe your piece(s) using a damp cloth with a small amount of liquid soap. Lay flat and allow it to air dry.
3. Don't use rubbing alcohol or toothpaste on crystal. Things will cause damage to the stone and cause thread to break down and loose its integrity.
4. If you are unsure of the care your item needs. Please feel free to contact the shop owner for assistance.
