Shipping
~~~ If you would like to upgrade shipping to Priority Mail or a faster service please send a convo (conversation) for rates.
~~~ Whenever possible we use recycled shipping materials.

~~~ If you would like insurance, it is optional, please let us know. We do not “up charge” for insurance. You pay the same amount we pay at the US Post Office. When you request insurance we will send you an invoice that includes the insurance cost.
~~~ We ship 6 days a week. Sunday is not a shipping day, the Postal Service is closed. If you have a specific schedule for when you need an item, please contact us before purchasing.

~~~ Whenever possible we combine shipping for your purchases. As long as your payment for multiple items, either from this shop: http://jjmjewelry.etsy.com or http://jjmbeadworks.etsy.com, http://jjmsupplies.com, http://jjmbeads.etsy.com, http://jjmfindings.etsy.com is made in the same transaction. Just let us know so we can adjust your invoice.
~~~ INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING--via US Postal Service: Customs fees/duty taxes/VAT (Value Added Tax) are the buyer's responsibility.

~~~ Just send a convo with your location and we will be glad to find out how much it would cost to ship an item to you if the listing doesn’t include your location.
~~~ As you know all countries have lists of items that can’t be shipped either into or out of the country. Please make sure that the items you would like to purchase are not on the prohibited shipment list for your country.

~~~ To use combined shipping all your purchases must be shipped to a single address. Items purchased and being shipped to individual addresses will be invoiced separately. Please wait for a revised invoice with the cost of shipping for each package.
Refunds and Exchanges
~~~ Having you as a repeat customer is very important to us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you’re not pleased with your purchase contact us within 72 hours (3 days) of receiving the item/s. This also applies to any claims for damage or shortage.

~~~ All items returned to us must be in their original package and must be returned to us within seven business days of receiving the merchandise in order to receive a store credit. No credit will be granted beyond this allotted time frame. JJM Jewelry will not be responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit, therefore, for your protection, please insure your package for the value of the items being returned when sending it to us.
Store credit for returned items is extended at our discretion within one week of the mailing date. Please email us and wait for a reply before you return your item(s). Shipping/handling charges are non-refundable. Custom Orders: All custom orders are final sale.
PROPOSITION 65 (STATE OF CALIFORNIA)
What Is Proposition 65?
In 1986, California voters approved an initiative to address their growing concerns about exposure to toxic chemicals. That initiative became the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, better known by its original name of Proposition 65. Proposition 65 requires the State to publish a list of chemicals known to cause cancer or birth defects or other reproductive harm. This list, which must be updated at least once a year, has grown to include approximately 775 chemicals since it was first published in 1987.
Proposition 65 requires businesses to notify Californians about significant amounts of chemicals in the products they purchase, in their homes or workplaces, or that are released into the environment. By providing this information, Proposition 65 enables Californians to make informed decisions about protecting themselves from exposure to these chemicals. Proposition 65 also prohibits California businesses from knowingly discharging significant amounts of listed chemicals into sources of drinking water.
The Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) administers the Proposition 65 program. OEHHA, which is part of the California Environmental Protection Agency (Cal/EPA), also evaluates all currently available scientific information on substances considered for placement on the Proposition 65 list.
