Payments may be made using:
Direct Checkout with Etsy
Orders shipped to a Texas address are charged 8.25% sales tax.
We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail to ship purchases to domestic and international addresses.

SHIPPING SPEED: Orders are shipped within 1 business day (Monday - Saturday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation of shipment with tracking information when your order goes out. US Postal Holidays are excluded.
Insurance is always available for orders totaling more than $50.
SHIPPING ADDRESS: Please make sure your address is correct. We are not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address that you have given us. ALL purchases will be shipped to the address you have on file with Etsy.
You may ask us to ship to a different address by sending us a convo through Etsy, or in the “note to seller” section when you are paying for your item/s.
We offer upgrades to Priority Mail for Domestic and International addresses. The upgrades are available at check out.
DOMESTIC ORDERS: Domestic orders will be sent with tracking, better known as delivery confirmation. Your confirmation number is convoed to you when we mark your order “Shipped.”
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: All merchandise will be declared and accurately described on customs forms. Tariffs, Customs duties and other international charges imposed on international deliveries are your (the buyer’s) responsibility.
Tracking is only available on International Orders when you upgrade to International Priority Mail.
MISC INFO: Whenever possible we use recycled shipping materials.
We ship every day except Sunday. Our Postal Service is closed on Sunday. If you have a specific date for when you need an item, please contact us before purchasing.

Refunds and Exchanges
JJM JEWELRY’S REFUND/RETURN POLICIES:
1) If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping or is defective, we will gladly give you a refund or resend a duplicate item if it is available. If a duplicate item is not available, you may select another item of equal value from our shop if you choose.
2) If your item arrives and you are not happy with it we will give you a refund after the item has been shipped back to us in its ORIGINAL condition. In this case, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for the return shipping fees and postage. Buyers have 15 days to return the purchased item(s).
Very Important, PLEASE READ: Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
We do not accept returns for any beads purchased in strands that have been cut or loosened from the strand even if you have attempted to re-string them. Make sure when you receive beads they are the correct color, style, size, etc. you want before cutting the strand. They are not returnable after being unstrung.
We will not accept any beads/items returned for refund with the incorrect amount. Some examples of this (not all) are: If a package contained 25 items when you purchased it make sure it has 25 items in it when you return it. Short packs are not returnable and will not be returned to the sender unless additional postage is paid for their return. We do not cover postage for reshipping items that have been returned incorrectly. All returned items must be the exact items purchased from JJM Jewelry. No substitutions.
If returned items do not meet the above requirements it will be the buyer’s responsibility to pay for the postage to have the item/s returned to them.
3) Refunds will not be given for invalid mailing information such as address and forwarding address errors or for lost packages. Make sure when you place your order your address is correct. If you wish to purchase insurance protection, please let us know. There will be additional fee associated with this option.
We try very hard to work and communicate with all customers to make sure orders are correct and that you receive quality products. Please feel free to contact us at any time if you have issues you would like to discuss.
Additional Policies and FAQs
We do accept custom orders and will be happy to work with you to create whatever combination of jewelry making supplies you need.
If you see something you like and would like a larger quantity than is offered, please contact us, as many times we have a larger quantity available, often at a discounted rate.
There may be a time when we must reach you for verification of your address or order information. Please check your Etsy Convos after placing you order for questions we may have. This will speed up the processing and shipping times for your purchase.

Please make sure that our products are stored away from and out of the reach of small children and animals. None of our items are not intended for young children (under the age of 12) or to be used as a toy. Never leave a young child unsupervised with any beads, jewelry, or findings. Jewelry making components may present a choking hazard to an unsupervised child which can unfortunately result in tragedy. Please take the same precautions for pets as they can be just as curious as children.
With this said, please be aware that some (if any) of our products may contain small amounts of lead, which can be harmful/hazardous to children under the age of 12 years.
