    Love is all we need.

    J&K Art Shop really started out of love for each other. We found that we worked best when together and didn't really want to spend 40 hours a week apart.

    The first few weeks we didn't have much luck at all posting things on Etsy. Then we got the idea to list our own wedding stuff, which we made ourselves, and see what happened. Almost immediately we started getting favorites and made our first sale. It really just snowballed from there into a full time business. Faith in God and Love for each other is what keeps this shop moving strong.

    Meeting different young couples from all over the world is really exciting. We are really lucky to be a small part in so many other weddings.

    Returns and exchanges
    I gladly accept returns and exchanges
    Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
    Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
    I don't accept cancellations
    But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
    The following items can't be returned or exchanged
    Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
    • Custom or personalized orders
    • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
    • Digital downloads
    • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
    Returns and exchange details
    Remember, all of our items are personalized and made to order. For this reason, every item is unique and no 2 are exactly as shown in the pictures. However if your item is completely different from the listing details then you are entitled to refund, fix, or exchange.

    • My item arrived damaged or incorrect, Now what?
    There are a few options for you if your order arrives damaged.
    2. Return it for repair/correction (We reimburse for shipping expenses)
    3. Keep the item and repair it yourself (We refund you 15% of your order total)

    • I am unsatisfied with my item, What can you do for me?
    Again, you have a few options. First you must ALWAYS send us a photo of the item and explain why you are unhappy.
    1. Return it for 90% Refund (You pay shipping costs to send it back)
    2. Send it in for us to correct (You pay shipping cost to and from)

    • What shipping method does J&K Art Shop use?
    We generally ship by priority mail using USPS. For larger packages we ship using FedEx.

    • My wedding is only a couple days away! Can I still order?
    YES! Send us a message right away and type URGENT in the subject bar. We offer RUSH upgrades on everything in our ship that arrives within 4-5 business days from the time you order. We also can do a SUPER RUSH using 1-Day Express mail if your wedding is only 2-3 days away. Please message us if you need a SUPER RUSH order.

    • I live in another country outside of the U.S. Will I get my order in time?
    Generally if your wedding isn't for a few months yet, you are safe. However things get tricky when you live in another country and we only have 1 month to get it to you in time. We may need to charge you a little more for shipping in this case but always message us if your not sure. We can answer all your questions before you order to be safe. We can even give you a shipping quote so you know for sure.

    • Pen or Marker?
    We recommend any kind of ball point pen for the wood slice guest books because they write finer, leaving more room for signatures.

    Fine tip sharpies work best on our Love State and Nail Heart guest books since they write a little bolder are more visible on the stained wood.

    • Do you offer larger wood slices?
    We do have an XL upgrade in our shop for our wood slices. They fit approx. 150 guests and costs $20 extra for one and $10 Extra for each after that.

    • Can I mix and match tree designs?
    Sure! If you are buying a set of 2 or 3 and like other designs in our shop just let us know. The price may go up depending on what the design is. (Ex. The Animal Banner Design takes more time to make so it will raise the price by a few dollars)

    • I have my own image, can you use it on boxes/guest books?
    Definitely! We have people request this all the time so feel free to send us the image in a message and explain how you want it personalized.
