I want you to be happy with your purchase from JKC Jewels. I try to represent the colors of the Murano glass correctly, but computer monitors are not all the same and may show the colors a little differently.

If you are not happy with your purchase, please let me know so we can work on a solution. In the end if you are not completely satisfied, I will issue a refund minus the shipping or issue a store credit. Please notify me within 14 days that you wish to return or exchange an item and ship the item back within 21 days. The item must be returned in new condition. Any earrings that are returned, will have new earrings attached (leverbacks, fishhooks, etc...)

I accept credit cards, PayPal and Etsy gift cards. All items will be shipped once payment has been received and cleared.

For custom orders you are charged for the order once the pieces are approved by you. I also do not accept coupons on customer orders.

For the state of Missouri, I am required to collect a sales tax.

All orders will be shipped within 1 to 3 days of receiving credit card or Paypal payments.

DOMESTIC: I mail packages using USPS first class shipping. Also if you are overcharged for shipping, you will be refunded on shipping day. If you would like priority shipping, you now have this choice under shipping.

INTERNATIONAL: For international orders, please allow 3 to 8 weeks to receive your package from shipping date, but be advised that shipping times may vary because of customs. International buyers are responsible for TAXES, IMPORT TAXES, DUTIES, etc. that might occur upon arrival. Any International orders that have excessive overcharges for shipping will be refunded on shipping day.

All orders in the United States more than $50.00 will be insured and all overseas orders will be insured. If for some reason you do not receive your order, your item will be refunded or replaced. For insurance purposes, the buyer will be required to fill out an affidavit.

I package all my jewelry in a gift box in a pretty organza bag and a padded envelope with a receipt. If your purchasing a gift, please let me know so I can include a gift receipt. You can let me know in the comment or note section when checking out.

• Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be refunded as per my refund policies.
• Be aware that these packages are returned via the slowest possible method so it may take some time to reach me.
• Packages that are delivered to an incorrect and/or old address that are not returned to me, unfortunately, will not be refunded. So, again, please double check your address before purchasing.

I use only quality wire that is flexible and will last for many years. For my illusion necklaces, I use a 24KT gold plated wire or sterling silver plated wire that is coated so it will not tarnish. I use a mixture of gold plated and gold filled findings and silver plated and sterling findings. All my clasps are either sterling silver or gold filled.
