Returns and exchanges
Please make sure you examine the pictures of the item you are buying before you purchase it and ask any questions via the convo feature. Regarding vintage items; they may show some signs of normal 'wear and tear'. Larger issues will be addressed in the photos and descriptions. Regarding my handmade items, they are handmade, and as such, may not be perfectly perfect in some people's opinion. I believe my photos are a good representation of my products. Please also be aware that computer monitors vary so the color may vary slightly from that seen in the photographs.
If you're not happy with your item, please contact me and I will attempt to resolve the problem. If a refund is agreed upon it will be paid to the PayPal account used to pay for the item after the item is returned to me. If the item was somehow damaged in transit I would request photographic evidence of the damage via email and proceed from there.
Payment
I accept Paypal only and appreciate payment immediately upon purchase...just like one would be required to do if buying an item in any other online or brick and mortar store. :-)
Shipping
I typically mail within 24 hours of your purchase. Often, that very day. Items under $50 I don't recommend insurance. Over $50 I will pay for the insurance myself. Packages under 13 ounces will ship First Class USPS. Until it becomes a problem (lost or stolen items) I will happily continue mailing outside of the US. It is hard to guess exact postage sometimes, so if I have charged you over a dollar of what it ends up costing to mail I will return the difference to you inside your shipped package.
