Always looking for something different

Being encouraged to share my OOAK items I decided to open my shop.
I decided to start creating my own items for both myself and as gifts because I was tired of the big box stores. I wanted others to enjoy hand made items not mass produced items. To be different buy different. We are not all the same we each have our own taste and style so why not be unique. Even the smallest detail on an item makes it different from the rest. As an example my trinket boxes that are featured in my shop have the smallest details added to them to make them different.
I always enjoyed items be it small or large that are different from the rest.
Giving a gift that is handmade means more to me because it shows the other person that they are special and not like all the others.

The holiday seasons and weather changes are quickly approaching so please remember to allow plenty of time when ordering for that special event or project.
Please read the product descriptions thoroughly before ordering such as size and color of items

Returns and exchange details
If the product is shipped as described we do not issue refunds. All of our product descriptions are accurate and as pictured. We do not issue refunds if for example "Thought it was larger" the dimensions and colors of each product are clearly stated in the product description section of all of our listings.

All of our items are accurately measured and pictured.

No refunds are issued on custom orders.

Full refunds are only available prior to orders being shipped. Partial refunds for the items ordered and shipped are only given after our product is returned and inspected. We will then refund the cost of the items only no shipping costs are refunded. Orders returned should have tracking information included. This is to protect both our customers and us. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

If you wish to cancel an order it must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order otherwise we do not accept cancellations after the 24 hour period.

We are not responsible for delayed or late shipments due to the USPS this is out of our control, No refunds will be given. USPS delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

If you are not satisfied with the product please contact us first before returning the product for a refund. We do not except returns without prior approval.

We are not responsible for lost,stolen or damaged shipments that are shipped via USPS. No refunds or replacements will be made for lost,stolen or damaged shipments.

If you purchase using e checks the processing time does not begin until we receive notification of cleared payment (cleared payments on e checks can take 3-5 business days)

Illinois taxes apply.

No taxes are charged on shipping costs.
All shipments use USPS 1st. Class mail, unless an expedited mail is selected at purchase time. USPS delivery times are estimates only we do not guarantee USPS shipping/delivery times

We are not responsible for lost,stolen or damaged shipments that are shipped via USPS. No refunds or replacements will be made for lost,stolen or damaged shipments.

Expedited shipping is only available at the time an order is place.
If you choose Expedited shipping this does not change the order processing time of 5 Business Days no Holidays, weekends or nights.
Additional policies and FAQs
Our order processing time is 5 business days. That is Monday thru Friday only during the day from 9 to 5pm CST.
Customer Inquires are answered within 24 hours Monday-Friday 9 a.m. -5 p.m. only no holidays,weekends or nights, Inquires received after 5:00 p.m. on Friday are not answered until Monday after 9:00 a.m.

If you chose Priority mail options this does not change the order processing time only the USPS delivery times.

We do not except priority orders. All orders are processed in the order that they are received however there are always exceptions to the rules please contact us first.

Some items can be customized please contact us in advance of placing your orders. A customize order will be issued.

If you request a custom item please add an additional 3 days for processing.

During in-climate weather conditions we are not responsible for delays caused by USPS.
