Refunds within 1 month of purchase minus shipping & 20% restocking fee. Product must be unused. Buyer pays return shipping.

Shipping
I typically ship Priority, though sometimes for larger order I will ship UPS Ground.

I usually ship out orders within a week. Contact me if you need your order by a specific date.

I am not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. I pack the candles as best I can and ask that the packages be marked fragile, but once it's out of my hands, I can't be sure the way the package is handled.
