The shirt is adorable and exactly as pictured. However, I contact the shop prior to placing my order to confirm that if I placed the order that same day I would receive the shirt in time for my son's birthday. I gave the date of the birthday as well. Immediately upon receiving a response that I would receive it on time, I placed my order. The shirt did not ship until 3:35pm on 3/6. I needed it for my son's birthday party on 3/10. The shirt delivered to my house while we were at my son's party. I can see from the shop being closed that there was an emergency. It would have been better business to simply refund my order. I found out when I sent an email and received an automated response that the shop was closed. Communication is key and it could have solved a lot in this transaction.
