Welcome to my shop!

All items are created personally, with a very fine attention to detail. I am self taught and work mainly from digital photographs using high quality drawing paper and graphite and digital mediums. All work is hand signed and made with the utmost dedication to creating a quality, one of a kind piece of fine art.

Payment
Full payment must be received and finalized before any item is shipped or delivered.

Full or First payment (where applicable) and reference photos must be received and finalized before any service for commissioned work begins.

Rush items can be completed upon request, but an extra charge will apply.

Cancellation of your order is possible within 24 hours of first payment.
Shipping
I personally ship out all physical items in reinforced, protective envelopes within 3 business days of final payment to ensure the safe and prompt delivery of your purchase.

Items that cannot be shipped using the Lettermail system will always be shipped using Canada Post's Parcel delivery system which will include tracking and delivery confirmation.

Once final payment is made, the Buyer has accepted that the shipping method provided meets his or her personal needs for delivery time and standard.

The Buyer is held personally responsible for any additional charges (customs, extra taxes etc) incurred throughout delivery.

I cannot accept any responsibility for items that become lost or damaged during delivery.

Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds will be considered on a case by case basis. I am fully committed to resolving any issue you might have.

Items which are lost or damaged throughout the shipping process will not be refunded. Insurance can be provided at an extra cost and items are always packed in sturdy, protective envelopes (See Shipping Policy).

Refunds on digital files will not be provided once the full, un-watermarked image has been received.

I cannot accept any responsibility for the quality of any images purchased from me that you personally or professionally print. If you are unsatisfied with the appearance of your digital file's print quality, this is solely the issue of the printer.
