Current turnaround time before shipping is 2-7 days after payment is cleared unless otherwise noted in the listing itself. I do my best to ship orders ASAP. If you have a rush order please let me know first to see if we can expedite it for you. Also, additional cost for a faster shipping method may be needed to meet your deadline.

Payment
Payments can be made with a major credit card through paypal, and must be made immediately after committing to purchase during the transaction process.

Purchases for reserved listings and custom orders must be paid for within 24 hours after notification is sent that item is available for payment. Exceptions will gladly be made with prior notification.
Shipping
All orders will ship to the address you have listed in your ETSY account. Please make sure everything is up to date before making a purchase. I will not be responsible if your information is not updated. This is the buyers responsibility. Currently, I am shipping items within 2-7 business days of purchase. If there will be a slight delay in shipping for whatever reason, you will receive an email from me to let you know. All hair accessories will ship via USPS. Larger items will ship USPS or UPS. The price of shipping on all items in this shop include delivery confirmation. This gives the ability to track an order. If it doesn't show up as scheduled, we can find out where it may be. Shipping insurance is recommended for an additional cost of $1.75. If you would like this service for your item, please let me know before purchase and I will add the cost to the listing. Once the items leave my hands, I cannot be responsible for them. I use recycled shipping materials whenever possible, which is almost always. For example if I receive something in the mail that was shipped in bubble wrap, the chances are pretty high that the same bubble wrap will be used when packing your purchase. It is not only good for our environment but it also keeps costs down for me and I pass the savings to you.
Refunds and Exchanges
Handcrafted items are made to order and cannot be returned. However, if there is something that needs addressing I will do my best to work things out for you. Please contact me to resolve any issue before leaving feedback. I take pride in my work and want you to be happy. I do not take responsibility for items damaged or lost during the shipping process. I do my best to pack items appropriately so they will be protected in the handling process. If an item needs extra care during shipping, i make sure the carrier is aware of any fragile items and they are marked as such.
