Love to craft it all

I started crafting over 20 years ago. I love making all arts and crafts out of a wide variety of materials. In April 2010, I decided to open an online shop to share my items with everyone. Hope you enjoy!

Returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact me immediately through Etsy convo, and I will work with you to resolve the issue.

If an item is lost due to the delivery service outside of the U.S., I will refund the purchase price of the merchandise if I receive the items back. I use Etsy shipping labels so that all items are sent with tracking information. If that tracking information shows that an item was delivered to the address you provided at the time of checkout, then please contact your local postal service to see if they can assist you in locating the package in your country.

If you receive an item damaged, please send me a convo with a picture of the damaged item. In some cases I will also ask that you return the damaged item to me before I send a replacement.

Custom orders (inside the US or international) will not be refunded if they have been personalized in anyway that would prevent me from reselling the item to another buyer, i.e. a name, birthday, year, etc. Please be sure to contact me before you return an item.
Payment
Payment is due on all items at the time of ordering. If you are requesting a custom item, payment is due before the item supplies will be ordered and the item made.

I accept Etsy direct checkout and PayPal and through them you can use your credit card or debit card.

If you want to cancel an order, please let me know immediately. I am quick about getting items shipped out, so if an item has already been shipped, you will not be refunded the purchase of the item until you have shipped it back to me. Cost of shipping both to the buyer and returning from the buyer will be the responsibility of the buyer.

In case of custom orders, returns will only be accepted if the item is resellable because the personalization can be resold. If an item is resellable, the shipping to and from the buyer will be the responsibility of the buyer. If the order cannot be resold, a refund will not be made. Please convo me before sending any items back.

International shipments - many countries will charge a duty fee/customs fee/taxes when the buyer is receiving an item from the US. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay all duties charged by their country.
Shipping
I use USPS first class, priority mail, and in some cases express overnight. Confirmation of delivery is part of the shipping charge. Insurance on larger items or higher-valued items will be offered at the buyers cost. If you want faster shipping or a different method then what is offered, please convo me prior to purchasing an item, and I will provide additional methods and costs at that time.

International orders: Any customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer/customer. Please visit www.dutycalculator.com to get an estimate of what the duty could be that you have to pay when picking up your item. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
