Sizing details
All of our hats are unisex fit - however, they do have an adjustable leather strap in the back with a brass buckle to help fit your head size!
Custom and personalized orders
We are happy to accept custom orders - just use our Custom Cap listing to purchase! Please note that some fonts have sizing restrictions so we may be unable to produce your hat in your chosen font, but will work with you to find an alternative option.
If font choice is not provided at time of purchase, we will issue a cancellation of your order as we are unable to process it without a font. Due to creative differences, we will not choose a font for you. You are more than welcome to re-place your order with all required information however!
Once proofs are sent for custom orders, if there is no response within 3 business days the hat will be created as shown per the proof, and shipped according to normal processing time.
Returned to sender orders
If an order is returned to sender by USPS, we will reach out to the customer to coordinate. We are not liable for shipping costs in the case that the order is returned to us.
Returns/exchanges
As every hat is made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We do want our customers to be happy with their purchase so we are happy to look into your options in the case that you are unhappy with your hat; however, we are a very small business and our options are limited.
Color combinations
We are more than happy to provide you with our feedback regarding color combinations in the case that you reach out to us before the order is completed and shipped. Please note that our feedback is merely a suggestion based on previous orders, and the final color combination is up to you as the customer. We are not liable if you are unhappy with the color combination that you chose.
Cancelling personalized orders
In the case that you need to cancel your customized order after a proof has been created and sent, we are only able to issue a partial refund of the order. This refund will be for the price of a standard cap ($23.25 plus applicable taxes and shipping) as the remaining $7.00 covers our time and effort used in creating the design file and proof.
