If you have any problem with a purchased item please contact me within 7 days of receiving goods and I will try to come to an arrangement that we are both happy with. In the case of damaged or faulty goods, items will ONLY be accepted in original condition - unworn, unwashed and with all original packaging and labels. All shipping costs must be covered by the buyer if discretionary refund agreed upon.

-PayPal via PayPal account or credit card (select credit card option during check-out)
-Bank Deposit (Australian buyers ONLY)
-Payment must be made within 3 days of purchase or you risk your item being relisted.
Shipping
-Items are sent once payment is received.
-The buyer will be informed as soon as purchased item has been sent. All items are packed with love, and thus the buyer is responsible for items once posted.
-Please ensure your Etsy address details are correct as this is the address that items will automatically be posted to (please inform if you wish to send as a gift or to another address).
-Australian orders are shipped by general postal service and should take between 2-5 days.
-Overseas orders are shipped by basic airmail and take between 1-3 weeks.
-If you would like to arrange faster shipping or insurance please contact me.
-If purchasing multiple items please contact me to arrange discounted shipping costs.
