Returns and exchange details
If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact me within 3 days of receiving the item so we can come up with a solution together. We will decide together if you want a refund (minus the shipping cost) or an exchange on the item.

Note: If you have any issues with an item please contact me first so that we can come up with a solution before giving me a negative feedback.

Most items are handcrafted from paper and can break if not handled carefully. If you received a damage items please notify me ASAP. Notifying me after 3 days cannot be accepted.

FREE SHIPPING only in the USA.

I use USPS First Class for shipping. I will ship the order within 3-5 business days after payment is confirmed and received.

I ship to address listed on your Etsy account. If the item is returned to me due to a problem with the address, I will either refund the amount of your item minus the shipping cost or I will ship to the new address. Note that you will be responsible for the shipping cost to re-ship your item.

If you like the item to be ship to a different address please notify me ASAP.
