What are your shop hours for 2025?
The online store is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Messages are answered during our office hours Monday through Friday, weekends by chance.
Studio Office Hours:
Monday ~ Friday 9 am - 5 pm EDT (New York, NY USA Time Zone)
Closed Weekends and Major Holidays.

***During the busy holiday season, it is not always possible to have your order arrive on time due to shipping delays.
