5 out of 5 stars

This is a beauty! It arrived the day after Jo posted it to me and was securely packaged. I don't normally wear gold jewellery but this really caught my eye with the tiny beads and sweet little flowers (and the giant bee in the middle!). I am very much looking forward to wearing it. Thank you Jo.

Hello and welcome to my shop!
Heart of the Fox is a little curiosity shop and all of the work I have for sale are individually designed and created by me.
I always like to use high quality materials such as paints, inks, paper, fabric, clay, metal, glass, and semi-precious stones.
I also recycle antique pieces to create unique works of art. I love hunting for treasure in antique markets and thinking of different ways to redesign objects.
All of the materials I use in my work and are from sustainable suppliers and are sometimes recycled.

I feel it is important to provide a very good standard of customer service, with clear communication and well packed items for delivery. I hope you have an enjoyable shopping experience here at Ghost Lily.

Thank you for visiting!

  • Pay with Discover
  • Pay with PayPal
I only accept Paypal.
It is a fast and secure way to pay and you don't need a Paypal account in order to buy from my shop.
I pack all my items very carefully and securely. I always like to obtain proof of postage with a receipt from the post office. If you would like an item receipt included in your parcel, just let me know at the checkout.
As I'm based in the UK, please don't forget that the shipping times may vary and take a little longer overseas, sometimes up to 15 days to the US.
If you have a specific shipping request, do contact me through Etsy before you buy.
I can send your item Recorded or Special delivery if you like, which will cost a little extra.
Certain expensive items and large parcels will automatically be sent tracking delivery for safety!

Please note, I cannot be responsible for any delays in receiving a purchased item, due to anything not in my direct control. ie: acts of nature, breakdowns to carrier vehicles or post office delivery mistakes and strikes.
If a package unfortunately goes missing, I will do my best to find out what has happened to your item at the post office, and see if we can sort things out quickly.
Refunds and Exchanges
I make art because I love the creative process and I want my customers to be happy with their purchases.
I try to photograph and describe all my items in great detail, I choose my materials very carefully and check items over for any damage before delivery, but some semi-precious stones in the jewellery pieces may have natural flaws and colour variations.
However, if you are really not happy and you’d like to send back an item, please contact me through Etsy to discuss the issue and arrange to return the item.
Please be aware, I will involve Etsy support if there is a dispute or an unreasonable review is left by a customer, your feedback could be removed by Etsy.

If an item is returned, purchases must be sent back to me within 14 days of receiving them, they must be in good condition and protected well for the return delivery.
You must keep a receipt of the standard postage or tracking delivery. If posted to you by Recorded or Special Delivery, please return the package by the same service.
A refund will be issued when I receive the item safely. Postage fees will not be refunded and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

If you receive your item and it arrives damaged, please contact me with a photograph of the damage, so we can sort the issue out.
Additional policies and FAQs
Please note that a lot of my items are not designed for very young children.
All of the items are very securely made but some do have small attachments that could be pulled away, ie; beads, small pendants and charms, etc.
