The item isn't quite what I expected. What should I do?
--I want you to be happy! Please let me know within 14 days of receiving the item and we can arrange for an exchange, providing the item is returned in good, unworn condition. If there is a problem that can be solved such as an item not fitting, let me know and I'll do my best to accomodate you-- in some cases there will be an additional cost for resizing an item.

My jewelry needs repair-- now what?
--I make all of my jewelry as sturdy as possible but sometimes a little touch-up is necessary. I'll repair any items damaged with normal wear within six months of purchase-- you pay to ship the item to me, I'll pay to ship it back to you. If there are any substantial material replacement costs, there may be an extra charge to cover my supplies. If an item needs repair after six months, let me know and we can make arrangements to fix it on a case-by-case basis.

What payments are accepted?
--Payment is through PayPal or a United States postal office money order.

How do I pay for my order?
--Payment is expected at the time of purchase. If PayPal payment is not received within three days from the time of purchase, the purchase will be cancelled. For money order payments, please contact me to arrange for mailing the money order.

What if I decide to cancel the order or add additional items?
--If for any reason you change your mind after your purchase has already been processed through Etsy, please contact me and we can cancel the order. If you decide to add additional items to your order, let me know and if I haven't shipped the original purchases yet, I can add in the new purchases for no additional shipping charge.

I live in New York-- do I need to pay tax?
--Unfortunately, yes..... tax is charged to New York residents. The easiest way to handle the taxes is for NY State residents to purchase their items through Etsy, then wait for an invoice from me before paying. I generally check into my shop at least once a day, so you should hear from me pretty quickly.

How will my items be shipped?
--I ship all items through first-class United States postal service. Each item is packed individually in custom-stamped gift boxes tied with a ribbon. Please let me know if you'd like another method of shipping; I'm happy to make special arrangements with you though an additional charge may be necessary.

Any way of using environmentally-friendly packaging?
--If you prefer recycled packaging, I can definitely accommodate you! Just let me know-- I often have imperfect gift boxes and recycled envelopes I can use.

If your item is a gift and you'd like me to send it directly to the recipient with a note or a card, let me know. All of my jewelry is sent packaged in a box with a bow, so any item you purchase is always gift-ready.
