I do want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, I will gladly accept the item back for a full refund, excluding shipping. I will also exchange or repair an item for you. If the issue is with quality or damage, I will incur return postage costs, otherwise, it is the responsibility of the buyer. Items returned must be sent in the original or comparable packaging.

All orders are handmade I ask for 10 days to complete and ship the item. Custom orders may take longer.

All orders are shipped via First Class through the US Post Office. US domestic packages also include delivery confirmation.
