About

Baking Scientists.

I’ve been doodling since I could pick up a pencil, but I never really started to think of my doodles as something I’d like to share up until a couple years ago. This was when I met the art of Shrinky-dinks. I did my first shrink film doodles while watching the Cosmos. I drew a picture of Carl Sagan, baked him in the oven, and made a pin of him. Suddenly everyone was asking me “Where did you get that!? Make me one!” So I started to make more. Than I got asked to draw other science figures and scholars, so I started to have a collection of them. This was in 2011 when I started my etsy shop.

Since then I have started to share my other drawings of people, places. and things. In December of last year my parents got me a Banjo for the holidays and that’s when I started doing illustrations of country singers. I am continually inspired to doodle all kinds of things and share my doodles with folks.
