The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
I want you to be really happy with your purchase, so I will work with you and offer returns or exchanges where possible. Please understand that digital downloads cannot be returned. For other items, I just ask that you please pay return shipping.
Shipping
U.S CUSTOMERS:
It's sometimes hard to get accurate shipping costs in Etsy. Feel free to get an exact shipping cost from me before you order, and I can create you a special listing so you can save on shipping. I will now ship all my paper pads and 12x12 papers separately with Media Mail. It is half the cost of First Class Mail. It may take a few days longer. If you prefer to pay more and go via a faster shipping method, just let me know on checkout.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: There has been a significant rise in International Postage from the U.S Government (I'm so sorry :(. Feel free to request a postage quote before purchasing. I can give you an accurate quote as I have a postal scale and access to a postage calculator from the United States Postal Service. I will keep your packaging costs to a minimum, and even remove the cardboard backing in the products, to cut down on weight and reduce your costs if you like.

I do my utmost to make sure your package arrives in great condition. I use all new packaging materials, and items are from a smoke free, pet free environment.

I cannot be responsible for lost items in the mail. U.S customers - there will always be a tracking number with your package, please refer to that via Etsy. This will tell you where your package is. I can add insurance as an extra protection if you ask me to in your notes on checkout.
