Returns and exchanges
Packed expertly and lovingly, I guarantee all my work (with normal usage) against breakage. All glass has been annealed to industry-standard specifications.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to me within 14 days of the purchase date for a refund, less shipping costs and any fees associated with your purchase.
Payment
I accept Paypal and can accept Visa and Mastercard through GoPayment (an Intuit product). If you wish to use your Visa or Mastercard, we will need to be in contact via telephone to proceed with the purchase. I do not accept checks, e-checks or money orders. Cash is fine if you're local, but you wouldn't be buying off my Etsy site, now would you! :) Do not send cash in the mail.

If payment has not been received in three days, the item will be relisted.
Shipping
I prefer to ship via USPS Priority mail for US-destined purchases and First Class Mail for International destinations. Should you wish to use a different method of transportation for your new art, I offer no guarantees that it will be delivered properly, and will not offer refunds on work that is not delivered via USPS Priority or First Class Mail. Purchases over $100 require you to purchase additional insurance and at a cost for the full value of the beads. Additional insurance will be billed separately.
Actual value will be declared on forms for international purchases.
Additional policies and FAQs
Glass. Handmade. Totally original. Love custom projects. Willing to wholesale. I guarantee breakage due to normal use (i.e. don't go rock climbing or mud wrestling in them) for the life of your bead.
