Returns and exchanges
*If an item is delivered and is broken or damaged, a refund for the full amount of the transaction will be issued to the seller. In order to receive a refund for a damaged item, a photo of the item, as well as the box how it arrived at the shipping address is required. Buyer must notify me within 3 business days of receiving a damaged item in order to receive a refund.

*If a buyer is unhappy with a purchase due to aesthetics or deciding they no longer want the item, the buyer is responsible for paying for the shipping to return the item. A refund check will be issued ONLY for the value of the item, NOT the shipping fees I incur for sending the item to you, or the fees incurred by you for sending it back to me.

* If an item is returned improperly packaged, and thus damaged, NO refund will be issued.

*Refund checks for the amount of the item will be issued the day the item is received back by the seller in good condition.

*If an item is returned to the seller because it is undeliverable, i.e. improper address listed on the purchase order or failure of the purchaser to pick up an item at the post office, a refund check will be issued ONLY for the value of the item, not the shipping fees incurred by the seller.
*All items are shipped via USPS economy shipping unless otherwise requested by purchaser. I have no problem working with UPS or FedEx, I just personally prefer USPS because of more affordable shipping rates.

*Furniture or other large items exceeding USPS shipping limits are shipped via FedEx. If buyer would like items sent with private carriers, just let me know at time of purchase and I would be happy to work with you.

*Extra insurance or upgraded shipping options are available with slight upcharges.

*Shipping estimates are established by the cost it would take an item to travel coast-to-coast. If you would like a more accurate shipping estimate prior to the time of purchase, message me your zip code and I will respond to you within 24 hours.

*Shipping overcharges are issued the day an item ships. All overcharges exceeding $3 will result in a money order being mailed to the buyer in the amount of the overcharge.

*INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING is available. Simply shoot me a message with your zip code/country of origin and I will respond with an estimate within 24 hours. International orders are shipped via USPS international shipping.
