Payment
I accept PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to use PayPal. Simply click on the PayPal icon at checkout and choose your credit card preference and follow the prompts.

If I have not received payment in my account within 3 days, the item will be re-listed.
Shipping
We ship 1st class. Items will be shipped within 48 hours once payment has cleared, (excluding weekends and holidays). Items will be packaged appropriately.
Refunds and Exchanges
I pride myself in the quality of my photos and description of the item. If however, you are not happy with your purchase, I will gladly return your cost minus Etsy and PayPal fees. Postage to return the item will be your responsibility. You must notify me within 7 days of receipt with your intent to return. Please include your full address and phone number with your notification. Please package the item with care. I will not be responsible for items broken due to poor packaging. Item must be returned in saleable condition.

I make my jewelry with high quality materials, as well as, quality workmanship. If however, your item fails within 30 days of normal wear, I will be happy to repair or refund your purchase price including shipping. Please notify me prior to the return to discuss details. Items returned without prior notification will not qualify for a refund. If a return has be authorized, please forward your full address and phone number.

I am willing to explore custom orders. Please understand that custom orders can be difficult, since both the buyer and seller have difference visions. When a buyer requests a blue crystal bracelet, what do they really mean? Do they want a blue/green bracelet, light blue, dark blue? What size beads? What shape? Depending on the beads I have on hand, I may not be able to create what you’re requesting.
