joepapendick's Shop Announcement

I will be out of town due to family concerns until September 3rd. Any orders placed between that time period please be aware that they will ship soon after 9/3.

The 'Charm' birdfeeder was featured in the April '11 issue of Martha Stewart Living... as well as in the May 6th issue of "The Week" magazine.

All 'work in progress' can be now be found on my Wordpress blog... along with various other efforts not necessarily listed here on Etsy.

joepapendick's Shop Policies

Thanks for stopping by.

Every piece I have listed here on Etsy is made entirely by hand... by me. Even the circular 'Charm' bird feeders have been bent by hand and welded into a circle.

All of the large 'sculptural' works are essentially one of a kind pieces. Although I often will repeat some of the basic design concepts, no two will ever be exactly the same.

With most of the smaller 'design' oriented work, I always try to keep a certain amount on hand. Since these are always finished with a final coat of paint, prior to shipping, it will usually take me at least a day or two to pack and ship your order.

Please let me know if you have any particular time constraints, as I will always do my best to oblige.

I accept Credit Cards or Paypal for all payments.

I use FedEx ground for all my US shipping. Since I'm shipping pieces from St. Louis, FedEx is usually just four days or less to anywhere in the country. Often it's just two or three days.

International orders will ship via the USPS.

Refunds and Exchanges

If for any reason you're not satisfied with any piece I've made, just let me know. I will be glad to either correct the problem, create a new piece which better suits your needs, or simply issue you a refund upon return.

Additional Policies and FAQs

While no two pieces will ever be exactly the same, I'm always more than willing to revisit earlier designs. I often do that myself... so please feel free to convo me with your specific requests. I love to play around with earlier work!
