Thanks for checking out my shop and showing an interest in my creations. My goal on Etsy is obviously to sell my art, but not at the expense of the customers' satisfaction with their orders. If something is wrong, I work to get it right. I'm good at keeping in touch and letting the buyer know how things are progressing.

Accepted payment methods

Payment
I prefer orders made through Paypal, but will accept personal checks or money orders. Of course the check must clear before I send any merchandise. I'll wait no longer than two weeks for the check to make it to my mail box before I cancel the order. Unless the purchase is a personalized piece, I usually send the item within a day or two after payment has been validated.
Shipping
Cards, buttons, and smaller items will be sent through USPS with confirmation. Bigger items such as original paintings, chess sets, and sculptures will be sent through UPS or Fedex with confirmation and insurance.

Buyers must contact me about shipping costs if they wish their item to ship out of the United States.
Refunds and Exchanges
There will be no refunds on smaller items such as cards, magnets, or buttons, unless the buyer has contacted me to receive the item by a certain date and it arrives late. If a smaller item is damaged, I will exchange it after proof of damage.

If items such as original paintings, sculptures, or chess sets are damaged or get lost through the mail, I will refund the cost of the piece with proof of damage. Otherwise, the item must be sent back at the buyers expense in the condition it was purchased.

If the buyer wants a personalized, custom made piece, details and agreements will be made via Etsy email. The shops normal policies might not apply.
