All of my jewelry is handmade and one of a kind. Each piece is diverse and unusual, and the wearer’s experience should be fun and conversational.
I use both modern and vintage reclaimed images and seal them to be water resistant, however, they are not waterproof. Please don’t immerse pendants in water or wear them in the shower.
Payments are accepted via PayPal. If I do not receive payment or notice of a payment on the way within one week, I will need to cancel your order. I always email first to check, but will go ahead and cancel if I do not hear back within a day or two of this notification.
Please note that I am required by law to collect state sales tax from Pennsylvania residents. This is calculated within PayPal when you complete the payment process. This will be a flat rate charge of 6% for all PA residents.
If you pay via e-check, please understand that I do wait until it clears before shipment.
I ship Domestic and International mail.
International shipments can take anywhere from 4 days to 6 weeks, so please be patient.
Most US shipments are done via PayPal's shipping service, so there will be a delivery confirmation number for tracking information. These will be sent via USPS. I generally ship twice a week. If you need your purchases to arrive more quickly, please send me a message and I can ship it sooner and/or I can send you a revised invoice for a shipping upgrade.
I usually ship to the address provided through Etsy. Please provide matching shipping addresses for Etsy and PayPal to be sure your items arrive at the intended address. I am happy to ship items to gift recipients, just let me know the desired shipping address and I will include a gift tag as well.
If you absolutely want to guarantee receipt of your package and/or be reimbursed for mailing mishaps, I strongly suggest you insure your package for $1.75 extra.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please ask questions before you buy. Each item is individually handmade and one of a kind. I try to show describe all aspects and angles of each piece with photos and words. If, however, you are genuinely dissatisfied with your item or have issues with quality or workmanship, please let me know within three days of receipt. I will be happy to correct any problems as long as you mail it back in its original condition and packaging within 14 days. If I can’t fix the problem, then an exchange or refund can easily be arranged.
If you would like to exchange your product because you see something else listed that you like instead- I can work that out too. However, you will need to pay the postage for the return and the exchange.
