All of my products are made with quality and comfort in mind. I am very picky when choosing my materials. They have to be comfortable and soft, not ‘itchy’ or ‘scratchy’.
Custom orders are welcome if you cannot find what you’re looking for here.
If you would like to design your own items by selecting and combining the colors you want, I will make it for you in the size you want. We can also discuss ideas if you have something new in mind.

Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
If you are not happy with your order, please contact me FIRST within 5 days of receiving the order to get my approval. You may then exchange only the unworn, unwashed and undamaged merchandise within 14 days of receipt.
In some cases, I will refund you the money less any shipping charges. There will be $5 restocking fee for each item.
Occasionally, I pay for the fee to ship the new item(s) back to you if the error was on my side.
If you just simply change your mind on your order, only exchange will be allowed. Sorry there will be NO REFUND for a change of heart.
******CUSTOM ORDERS are not refundable. In some cases, they may be exchanged due to size.********
Payment
No order will be started until payment is received.
Your order will be canceled if no payment is received after 5 days.

Shipping
Most items are usually completed within 2-5 days of payment. However, during a high volume season and holiday season, it can take up 7-10 business days or more to make and ship after payment receipt.
Larger items such as blankets or certain home decor items could also take a longer time to complete.
**Please contact me BEFORE PURCHASE if you need an item for a specific date. I will do my best to accommodate.**
Orders are usually shipped via First Class US Postal Service (USA destinations) with tracking information.
I can and will not be held responsible for any issues with the post office.
**Please double check your address before you submit your order. If your package is returned by the post office, I will contact you. I will only hold your item for 2 weeks. No refund will be given for any returned items. You will be responsible for shipping fees to resend the package.

***Always inspect children's items before use. Please discontinue use if you see any loose strings or buttons.
***Outfits are intended for photography use only. Children should never be left unattended while wearing one.
***Due to the fact that all my items are handmade, no two items will be exactly the same. This could include SLIGHT color, stripe pattern, or shape differences. I do my best to make sure everything is a close to the picture as possible,and most of the time differences won't even be noticeable. Unless an item is completely different(ex. blue instead of orange, wrong shape or size), there will be no exchange/refund.
