I gladly accept returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
I will always try to solve any issue fairly and amicably. if, for any reason, you should have any problems, please contact me within 3 days of receipt of order.

please note that we do not accept returns on evening wear, accessories or furniture. also, in the case that returns are accepted, shipping is never refunded, in either direction.
once the item is returned in the *exact* condition it was received, you will get a refund of the purchase price only.
for your protection, it is suggested that you return items with a tracking no. and insurance.

Payment
I expect payment within three (3) days of purchase or the item may no longer be available to you.
Shipping
I will ship items as quickly as possible and charge for shipping as fairly as possible.
adding insurance is *always* an option. if you do not wish to purchase optional insurance on your package, I cannot be responsible for lost/damaged items once they have left my hands as I no longer have control over them at that point.
if you have special shipping requests, I will do my best to accommodate them, provided that you are willing to pay the difference.
please note that shipping is Never refunded, in either direction, under any circumstance.
