Announcement   Hello Everyone,

We're back...with more stuff!
Our mission this coming season is "knitting for the lepers."
So please help for a success !
Thanks all relatives and friends for purchasing on and off line; your continue support are appreciated. Also don't forget to spread the words out.

Thanks everyone,
The joining-hands-to-help team.

The slippers operation was so successful! Thanks to all those who helped in buying and donating, esp. from churches in Napa and Sacramento; also many thanks to friends and relatives who bought xmas presents with us! You can tell that our Etsy shop was deserted for awhile.

It's summer, means we need to get ready for the coming up sales. With our busy schedule with family and work, we're committed to knit/crochet to generate fund to help kids during Christmas and New Year.

Hope we all can join hands to bring back the smiles for those unfortunate kids on the other side of the world. May God bless you always.

For the past few months, I've been thinking a lot about the video featuring the barefoot kids and seniors in Ha-Tinh, Viet Nam. It breaks my heart to see the children walking on rock-filled streets with nothing to protect their little feet. It doesn't seem to bother them at all because their little feet are trained well to adapt to the condition! Let's look into our closest and count how many pairs of shoes that we have? How many of them are still having the tags on?
I decided to launch a slipper operation this month: all money collected from selling will be for buying slippers to the kids in Ha Tinh. Let's make this mission a success by buying, helping spreading this shop to your friends, relatives and esp. by praying to the Lord to keep those little feet well under all weather. Thanks all for your participation.

This store presents an inspirational collection of hand knit hats which started 12 years ago with the hat I knitted for my son Austin. After that, I've made quite a few of them to give to relatives and friends. The idea of selling came to mind when a couple of ladies at the baseball snack shack and some friends insisted in buying them. So I sold a few of them and suddenly, last year, there were more people interested, and I sold enough to send $300 to the poor in the country of Viet Nam.
Since then, my mission was to use the gift of knitting to help the poor in underdeveloped countries. Although I’m still committed to raising a family and cannot help those people directly, I can knit when working at the snack shack, while waiting to pick up my kids, sitting at family gatherings, in my free time, etc. to earn the extra money to send to the less fortunate.
All the proceeds from sales go directly to help the poor. The most important part in this endeavor is you, my customer. You’re the essential link in the success of this mission.
Please take a look and purchase whatever you like. Wearing these hats, or looking at someone else wearing them, knowing that you’ve contributed to a good cause. Furthermore, they look great on you and your head is kept warm. It’s a win-win situation.
I greatly appreciated your contribution. Let’s pray for, and do our part, to help make the world a better place to live.

Fast shipping...and the hat is adorable! It's going to be the perfect complement to my daughter's halloween costume this year!

We bought the cute strawberry hat for our 2 year-old son. It arrived so fast we didn't even get a chance to wait. :) Thank you for the prompt shipping. You're right, it looks absolutely adorable on our little Matthew. He's wearing the hat all day long. We can't wait for your next listings of the different fruit/vegetable hats you mentioned in your e-mail: the pumpkin, the carrot, the eggplant, the pickle ... The names are so cute. I wholeheartedly recommend these hats to all Etsy members. nKampta, Stockton, CA
